Deposit & Cancellation Terms
We require 1 night deposit deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax, with the balance due 30 days before checkin. For groups of 5 or more rooms the balance is due 30 days before check in. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow - please sign as a acknowledgment and fax or email it back. For cancellations you will be charged to the credit card you provided, if less than 31 days from date of arrival a $80 cancellation fee, if less than 31 days but more than 14 days from date of arrival you will be charged for 2 nights, and less than 14 days from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-Refundable and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations (21 days for Christmas and New Years week). In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show up the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided. For multiple rooms we require current credit card(s) to secure your reservation for each room. No refund give for any unused nights for whatever reason. Please note that the Copacabana Hotel & Suites is not permitting anyone to stay under 18 years of age, since it is an adult only resort.
